TUGIAD JOINS CANADA G20 YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR SUMMIT
An Official G20 International event to address role of youth
entrepreneurship in post recovery world
June 16, 2010, Istanbul – Next week, TUGIAD (Young Businessmen Association of Turkey) will join forces with other representatives of the G20 nations at the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit (G20 YES), hosted by the Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF), to address the role of youth entrepreneurship as the world moves into the post recovery phase.
From June 20 – 22, 2010, TUGIAD will join the international delegations in Toronto, Canada, to identify and examine the issues challenging young entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial organizations around the world. The discussion points from the G20 YES will be drafted into a communiqué that will be officially handed over to the G20 Business Summit (B20) for deliberation.
The G20 YES has been recognized by the Canadian federal government as part of the G20 consultative process and its recommendations are planned to be the focus for a discussion of entrepreneurship at the B20 Summit on June 25 and 26, 2010.

Only through open discussion can we address the needs and recognize the challenges facing these innovative young people on an international scale,” says Vivian Prokop, chief executive officer of CYBF and chair of the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit. “We are honored that TUGIAD has joined CYBF for the G20 YES. By working towards a common goal, this global alliance of entrepreneurship organizations will identify the necessary action to help promote and encourage youth entrepreneurship around the world.”
About the CYBF G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit
The Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) will host the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit (G20 YES) in Toronto, Canada, from June 20 to 22. The G20 YES will bring together more than 200 young entrepreneurs (aged 18 to 40) and leaders of entrepreneurial organizations from G20 countries to exchange ideas and establish international networks and partnerships that will help drive sustainable global economic growth.
