- To create a platform free of any political concern, for our young businessmen trying to produce advantages for our country at home and in the foreign countries, at which they can participate intellectual production,

- To reach the goals via the members of the administrative board, each of whom has undertaken concrete aims, whose individual performance criteria are certain and measured, and who participate in teamwork,
- To reach new qualified members at home and in foreign countries and to grow.
- To produce and conclude work conscious of the responsibilities, and with a result-focused approach.
- To provide the member satisfaction with an approach which values its members and behave them equally: to be on side of all its members and to look after their interests without any kind of sectoral discrimination, based on the main principle of TUGIAD which says “The most important power basis of TUGIAD is its members”

Enhancing the quality of the service supplied to members and ensuring its sustainability have become always one of TUGIAD’s most important aims. Via ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate that it has received, TUGIAD actually plans the activities of its members by taking into account their expectations through regular performance measuring and elaboration surveys. In this scope, our policy of quality is as follows;
"In direction with the aims fixed by the statute of TUGIAD, by obeying the conditions and terms indicated by the Quality Management System; by considering essential the continuous development and the cliental Satisfaction; by paying importance to localisation, growth and education; by realising projects via contributions of members taking an active role in studies; to create , for young businessmen, a platform having a global perspective purified from any political stresses, where they would take part in idea creating, so that they could produce interests on behalf of the native country in scope of their activities"
