The European Young Businessmen Confederation (YES) is an international young entrepreneur’s organisation composed by young businessmen societies located in 16 countries and representing in total 38.000 businessmen. The fundamental aim of YES, one of the most ascendant non governmental organisations in Europe is to enhance the economical and social performance of European Entrepreneurship.
The countries and societies as members of the Confederation founded together with Capri Chapter in 1988 and of which the head Office is located in Brussels are as follows:

Furthermore, The Young Businessmen Society of The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus actually takes part in YES meetings, in quality of member as observer
In relation to increase the collaboration among Young Entrepreneurs, to ensure information Exchange, to share experiences among member societies, to fix troubles and provide proposals and recommendations to those problems, YES maintains activities and studies not only in presence of The European Assembly and The EU Committee but also in presence of national governments. The fundamental activity of YES is to work in line with forming a business life making a path for competitive ones and entrepreneurs and improving this entrepreneurship by working together with policy makers and law makers
Through Summit Meetings that it organises every year, YES actually creates a dialogue media by bringing together young entrepreneurs and the EU decision makers.
Some of other regular activities of the Confederation are the " YES Briefing Days ", Executive and Managerial Committee Meetings, " the edition named " Entrepreneurship – Mail ( Girişimcilik-Posta) ".
The Executive Committee and Presidency Council Meetings and the " YES Briefing Days " which are separately hosted by a member country includes various sessions being organised during two days. These sessions make possible to brief members, to get in touch with the EU Organisations and to understand the operation and running of the organisations, to know / learn the opportunities supplied to Small and Medium Sized Business Enterprises. Through these meetings, YES actually creates an opportunity to bring together national and local leaders of the relevant country with regards to the YES Administration and gives opportunity, by doing so, to idea Exchange in order to find solutions to any problems of the members in national level .
As for the Entrepreneurship-Mail, it is an electronic information note monthly being published and sent to the Confederation Members. It is aimed to let the 38 thousand members to come closer to each other and to make them get advised about the EU subjects, through the note covering information about the subjects on the European Agenda.
As for a new Project launched in 2004,it is "YES Amity Network’’. Via this network, any young entrepreneurs as YES members are directly provided with certain services. The aim of the Amity Network is to increase the collaboration among members and to ensure a direct communication opportunity. This communication is ensured by opening the databasis of network member true persons and organisations.
TUGIAD, established in 1986, has become one of first members of YES being organised in 1988 through the large vision and prediction of its founders.
TUGIAD being assigned to the Vice Presidency in 2000 thanks to its dynamic performance witnessed for the last 20 years among other European Young Businessmen Societies, has become the leader of European Young Entrepreneurs unanimously elected to the Presidency .
Saraylı, President of TUGIAD, forming a vision until 2020 after being elected to the YES Presidency, has formed worldwide expansions by bringing different agendas to the institution. He has targeted to convert the YES into a platform where not only European Young Entrepreneurs but also Young Entrepreneurs institutionalised in different regions of the world such as Latin America, Southern Asia and Northern Africa. In conformity with this aim, YES has been brought a global perspective by signing cooperation contracts with various organisations.
Enhancing, during his presidency, the number of member countries from 12 to 16, Saraylı has let YES encounter, in a " young " common denominator, not only with businessmen Organisations but also with different groups located in Brussels such as the European Farmers Confederation, The European Young Union-Traders Confederation.
