The 13th Ordinary General Assembly of the Ankara Branch of the Young Business People Association of Türkiye (TÜGİAD) was held at the Assembly Hall of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO).
The General Assembly, hosted by Göktuğ Kırca, was attended by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş, Ardahan Member of Parliament Özgür Erdem İncesu, Chairman of the Turkish Education Association and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of TED University Selçuk Pehlivanoğlu, and TÜGİAD Chairman of the Board Gürkan Yıldırım. During the meeting, the incumbent president Aykut Çakmaklı was re-elected, renewing the confidence of the members.
The General Assembly was chaired by Zafer Yıldırım, with Türker Naslı serving as Vice Chair and Sefa Çol as Secretary. Following the presentation of the reports, members of the 12th Term Board of Directors presented Aykut Çakmaklı with a special calligraphy artwork featuring Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s Address to the Youth.
Subsequently, the principal and substitute members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Auditors who will serve during the 13th term were introduced and put to a vote. As a result of the voting, Aykut Çakmaklı was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the TÜGİAD Ankara Board of Directors.
Held under the slogan “Together for the Future,” the 13th Term TÜGİAD Board of Directors consists of the following members:
Aykut Çakmaklı, Ekrem Mert Terzioğlu, Egemen Ünal, Hakan Metin, Anıl Can Özdemir, Özkan Arık, Hakan Şahin, Şahan Turan, Turcel Orman, Semih Kayaş, Emre Peker, Özkan Öztürk, Bahadır Eyüboğlu, Umut Özcan, Muzaffer Mutlu, Serel Arslan, Muhammed Yusuf Dündar, Özgür Serhat Altünay, Hüseyin Ateş, Helin Su Barut, and Filiz Erol.
