TÜGİAD PARLIAMENTARY RELATIONS COMMISSION (PİK)
Mission Statement
To enhance the visibility of TÜGİAD’s opinions, projects, and initiatives on political platforms and ensure they are considered in decision-making processes.
WORKING AREAS
- Facilitate and maintain TÜGİAD’s relationships with the parliament, political parties, ministries, and relevant public institutions.
- Establish and maintain communication with foreign embassies in Türkiye.
- Track laws, proposals, and motions on the parliamentary agenda and ensure constructive communication between TÜGİAD and the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM).
- Present TÜGİAD’s opinions and suggestions on economic and social issues, as well as sectoral reports, to the parliament, political parties, and public institutions, conducting necessary lobbying efforts.
- Monitor legislative changes affecting members and organize informative activities within TÜGİAD to ensure members are well-informed.
